Some of my favorite links for coupons..

Since I am a stay at home mom/wife I try to save as much money possible at the store. I have become pretty good at saving at least 50 % on my grocery bill. It is really pretty simple once you get started and learn the basic rules of couponing.
1) Clip every coupon that you may or may not use! You never know when you will be able to get things for FREE with those coupons you thought you would never use.
2) Save your coupons until the store has the item on sale if possible. EXAMPLE I gave away 10 of my Cocoa Puffs Coupons last week because I didn't need 10 more of those cereals. This week my local had it on sale for $1.79 I had .75 coupons that would have doubled! So my cost would have been .29 FOR CEREAL! UHG
3) Shop on double coupon days! Most stores only double 1 day a week.
4) Use a site that shows you the coupon/store sale matches like Coupon Mom, it will save tons of time and a huge headache!
5) Bring ALL of your coupons every time you go shopping. I hate finding things on clearance and knowing I have a coupon at home for it.
6) Like Brands on FaceBook and they will let you print coupons.....

Home made onion rings!

Home made onion rings! So easy just slice onions use pancake mix and beer. Whisk in beer until batter is just thick enough to stay on onion slices. Deep Fry at 475 degrees until golden brown. Flipping once.
If you use a deep fryer with a basket you can simply stir them around.
TIP-I bought a fryer/candy thermometer for $6.00 at our local restaurant supply store.

AU-GRATIN POTATOES WITH LEFT OVER HAM

Sliced Red Potatoes seasoned with salt and pepper, I added one cup of water and covered tightly with foil, cooked in over for 40 minutes at 375 degrees.

Sliced Ham off of bone.

Diced Ham and removed skin and fat.

Add Butter(about 1/4 stick) to pan until it melts then
Whisk Milk, and Cornstarch over high heat for a few minutes until milk is warm.

Added 3 slices of American cheese and salt and pepper to taste.
Cook on medium heat stirring constantly until thickens.
(You can thin sauce with milk or if you need to thicken it whisk cold milk and cornstarch then add to sauce)

Add ham and sauce to Potatoes and return to oven covered for  approximately 20 minutes.

Time to put the chocolate chips in.

This has to be the simplest Homemade Desert Ever!
Chocolate Chip Frozen Yogurt
2 cups plain or vanilla yogurt ( store name brand 4 cups for $2.09)
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup light corn syrup
3/4 cup of sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup mini chocolate chips
Combine first five ingredients in mixing bowl and beat well
